Beats the hell out of living under a bridge!

Small is "in" with these days of "big". Smaller homes can be beautiful and functional, more livable, cozy, homey, enjoyable, low maintenance, and easy to clean.

Smaller homes can be more affordable and socially responsible than the current trend of mini-castles that is chewing up America’s farmland. Some tiny houses can be build on existing lots without requiring new land purchase.
