Subtitle: after all, it’s really is all about me.
I really felt like crap all day yesterday, this hay fever is really getting to me. I can’t breathe, making it hard to sleep as I breathe through my mouth since I can’t breathe through my nose. I have no/zero energy. I finally got up at 5:30 this morning rather than lay there & wheeze. I’m very sleepy and so itchy I feel like my brain is resting in an ant hill covered with honey. I hope today is better. I’ve been trying to make red beans & rice but didn’t have sausage or bell pepper or the energy to shop for ingredients. I will try again today.
I think if I took voice lessons or at very least could learn to sing it would increase my confidence as a great side benefit. The posture, breathing and attitude would all help me.
